& PUBLIC REALM DESIGN
A collaborative design studio that challenges the traditional boundaries between Landscape Architecture and Urban Design with a focus on designing resilient and connected cities.
Our design studio practices on the land of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation and we pay our respects to elders past, present & emerging.
Land + Form.
Nature + People.
Our team at Land and Form are thrilled to announce our AILA NSW design award win for Wagga Riverside Park alongside design collaborators Urbis in the Regional Achievement awards category for Western NSW.
The Wagga Riverside Redevelopment connecting the Wagga Wagga Beach and Wiradjuri Walking Track to the broader precinct, incorporating the refurbishment of the former Wagga Wagga Caravan Park and officially opened in June 2022.
The project aims to create an attraction for residents and visitors to the region, and an ideal venue for festivals, markets and musical performances at the Wagga Beach and Murrumbidgee River Precinct. Works include upgraded fencing, lighting, walk and cycle paths, an events stage, parking, new accessible amenities, and an all-abilities playground inspired by the city’s paddle-steamer past and the old Wagga Water Whizz.
